Studieskolen Business is run by two language consultants and an assistant.
We are committed to our work and always do our utmost to meet our customers’ expectations of professional and personal service.
We can normally arrange a course with one week’s notice once an offer has been accepted. When the course has been agreed, we do our best to match the client with the best teacher. In the unlikely event that the teacher and the client do not work effectively together, we will appoint a new teacher and compensate the client for any unsuccessful classes.
We carefully monitor our students’ progress through mid-way evaluations and regular contact with the client. We encourage feedback from our students and from our clients.
We also act as a sounding-board for our teachers. This means that we sometimes get involved in the design of a particular course and brainstorm new ideas with teachers.
We ensure that our teachers are kept up to date with new developments in the area of language learning and teaching.
